Return/Exchange

If you don't like or you received damage product, You can return or exchange the product in 7 days of product delivery

  • In case of return 100% refund will be provided to your bank account

Note: Don't accept the packaging if it is tampered/damaged/torn/pressed/disturbed, if you accept the packaging in tampered/damaged/torn/pressed/disturbed condition Mayra Creation will not be able to refund you.

Note: If you received total different item in package, contact us within 8 hours of delivery.

Note: Shipping charge will be deducted from refund amount if your return the Exchanged product.

Note: Shipping charge ₹75 per product will be deducted from refund amount if you are returning more than 3 items at once.

Note: if there will be not serviceable pincode for return pickup in customer area in that case customer need to do self courier, Mayra Creation will give upto 100 Rs for self courier charges.

How to return/Exchange?

  • See the order id in your invoice and send us email on info@mayracreation.com with your registered email. Add the cancellation reason. 

Note: Please do not accept if packet is in damage condition. Also don't forget to take unpacking video before open.

Unboxing Video Guidelines

Unboxing video is compulsory when you purchase from our website and without it, we will not entertain any queries regarding this. When you are purchasing something, you are not only interacting with us but with a third-party courier service also which has their own set of guidelines and process for any issues. So, no any request will be accept without proper unboxing video as per our guidelines.

Guidelines:

Reference unboxing video :

  • -Put the camera on a stable place in a well-lit place so everything is clear.

  • -Show the shipping label on the camera, which is present on the package. Shipping label contains the tracking number, your address and product details. It is important to show the shipping label clearly so it can be proven that the shipment you are unboxing is the correct shipment.

  • -Show all sides of the package to show that the package has not been opened before and you are opening it for the first time.

  • -Once the shipment is opened, please make sure that the product delivered is correct and not damaged.

  • -In case everything is ok, and product is correct & in perfect condition, you are good to go.

  • -All the steps above should be recorded without any cuts, and everything should be in frame all the times, do not take the product or shipment out of frame for even a slight moment.

Below are the Return/Exchange condition for User out side India

  • -You have to raise return/exchange request by sending us email at support@mayracreation.com within 7 days

  • -Email must contain OrderID, Return/Exchange Reason, Received Product photos

  • -You have to send back the product to our warehouse by your courier responsibility

  • -Further Refund or Exchange process will be proceed after product reach to our warehouse

Refund Processing Time: Once we receive the product, we immediately process your refund, and depending on the payment services you opted, your refund will be received in your account within 10 days. If your order payment was COD, then once we receive the product and your account details by having email communication, we can send you send refund on the given account within a week or maximum time is 15 days. Still the refund depositing in your account depends on the Banking servers and policies of yours. We try to refund within 24 to 48 hours from our side.

Cancellation Policy

We process orders promptly to ensure quick delivery. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a refund. However, if the order has already been dispatched, our standard return policy will apply.
